Refund timeline:

Refund only if service cannot be provided due to unavoidable circumstances. We would give options to reschedule if the provider is not available. If the client want to reschedule, have to do that with in 24 hours or with call in cases of emergency with in that period. Beyond that session fee will not be refunded
